Indian Manpower In Afghanistan

Afghanistan, 3 cr population, bordered by Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Iran & India. Mainly dominated by afghan and Taliban community. Afghanistan is much undeveloped country due to communal riots in most of their regions. But now, they start focused towards development which raises the hope of employment. Due to lackness of enough educational institutes, afghan youth couldn't be the first liner in the development. To fulfill that requirement, they are offering their project to interested companies of other countries.India has vital role in the development, the Delaram-Zaranj highway project done by Indian company, 218 km long and provides connectivity to the very end of southwestern Afghanistan and Iran. The end-to-end journey that used to take 12 hours earlier is completed now in two hours. Apart of it, India has offered 500 scholarships for higher education to Afghan students in Indian universities, another 500 scholarships and training slots for Afghan public servants in Indian professional institutes. Besides, there are a number of Indian medical missions in Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif, Jalalabad, Kandahar and Kabul. India has supplied them with ambulances, buses, and aircraft and helped them in power, computer and tele-communication sectors.Even after all those efforts made by India, facing major assault in the form of suicide bombing on their countrymen by Taliban extremist. These peace destroyers trying to dismantle all those development effort. Eleven Indians and 129 Afghans have laid down their lives during the construction of Delaram-Zaranj highway project. In other words, for every mile of this road there is one Indian or Afghan who has sacrificed his life. Instead of it, third world nations criticize these valued approached. They felt reconciliation could be achieved by AF-Pak policy and only it can drive them towards liberalization that will also be foundation stone to the formation of social, political & economical liberalization.After all of this opposition from extremist and political, Afghanistan moving towards the point of development because development wishing people are more than the peace destroyer. So in this point we can say, may be India's countrymen may be having hard time now, but it will not continues long.
